  • Sound Works and Shure jointly hosted the NEXADYNE™ Vocal Microphone Seminar on May 31st at East Point in Hong Kong. The seminar highlighted Shure's new product, the NEXADYNE™ Vocal Microphone, and the Revonic™ dual-engine transducer technology.

At the seminar, Andy Fong, Senior Regional Product Manager at Shure, provided an in-depth presentation on the NEXADYNE™ Vocal Microphone. He explained that the microphone utilizes Revonic dual-engine transducer technology to deliver highly stable polar patterns, exceptional noise reduction, and outstanding performance for professional touring. The microphone is available in two polar patterns: NXN8/C (cardioid) and NXN8/S (supercardioid). Designed for the professional touring market, it ensures that both sound engineers and performers can confidently deliver clear vocals to every corner of the venue.

He also provided a thorough and detailed introduction to the history of Shure's dynamic microphones, offering an in-depth analysis of the groundbreaking features of iconic models such as the SM58, Beta 58A, and KSM8. By comparing these classic models with the newly developed NEXADYNE vocal microphone, attendees gained a deeper and clearer understanding of the innovative technologies incorporated into the NEXADYNE vocal microphone.

To allow attendees to experience the exceptional performance of the NEXADYNE vocal microphone more intuitively, the seminar featured a live performance by the band WHIZZ. Participants listened to the performance in real-time through Shure P10T dual-channel wireless transmitters and Shure headphones. WHIZZ performed using three microphones: the NXN8/S (Supercardioid), NXN8/C (Cardioid), and Beta 58A. The vocalist switched between the microphones, enabling attendees to directly compare the differences in sound quality, clarity, and detail capture in a real musical environment. This hands-on experience deepened their understanding and appreciation of the technical advantages of the NEXADYNE vocal microphone.

After the seminar concluded, the enthusiasm of the attendees remained undiminished. They personally stepped forward to experience the different sound effects produced by the NXN8/S (Supercardioid), NXN8/C (Cardioid), and Beta 58A microphones. They also engaged in in-depth consultations with the professional engineering team. The attendees expressed high recognition and strong interest in the exceptional performance of the NEXADYNE vocal microphone.
