On June 18, the Hubei Theater Design Association and the Hubei Radio and Television Media Group production center hosted, d & b audiotechnik (China) Ltd. and Guangzhou Rhyme and Stage Lighting Equipment Co, Ltd. organized the "2014 New PA and product technology conference”. On June 19-20, the two-day “Application and development of technical seminars latest touring sound reinforcement technology” had a successful conclusion.

These two three-day technical seminars were held in a 2000 square meters studio at Hubei TV. d & b audiotechnik China invited Mr. Gert Sanner, Asia Pacific Educations and Applications Manager of German d & b audiotechnik as guest speaker of the meeting. Mr. Gert had worked for the famous British band Deep Purple as chief tuner and sound system chief engineer, and has 27 years of experience in live sound. 

In the exchange meeting on June 18, Mr Tian Shaopeng,  the president of Hubei Theater Design Association, and Mr Nei Changsheng, the chief engineer of Hubei Radio and Television Media Group delivered their speech respectively. Numerous regional broadcasting and professional audio people attended. Mr Gert shared the lastest sound technology with the German d&b speakers, amplifiers and system software to the guests. While provided elaboration on the d & b audiotechnik brand concept, product development, and performance characteristics. He noted that d&b as been providing comprehensive PA system solutions and work processes: from the beginning of the sound field simulation analysis to the remote control, through R1 software exporting data to d&b amplifier, to provide users with a clear operational guidelines and comprehensive technical support.

During the meeting, Mr. Alex Poon, the Director of Business Development in Greater China network of d&b audiotechnik China was responsible for site translation. Presentation equipment adopted d&b audiotechnik's V- Series speakers, xC- Series column loudspeakers, 18S-SUB subwoofer by d & b D80 four-channel amplifier. Site visitors in the seminars have shown deep interest in d&b loudspeakers, amplifier characteristics, engineering technology applications and appreciation sections. In addition, there was an introduction of the Yamaha CL series with the latest digital mixer QL series by Yamaha’s technical staff.  

In Q&A section, the guests were enthusiastic in raising questions to Mr. Gert on technical issues. Finally, the event ended successfully with the banquet.
