Sound Works & Supplies Ltd. from Hong Kong has been announced as Appsys’ exclusive distributor in Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Appsys, which is from Switzerland, is now launching a new product of ProAudio Multiverter MVR-64 digital audio converter.

MVR-64 digital audio converter is the “Swiss knife” in digital pro audio industry. It is the world's first multi-format digital audio converter allows to convert digital audio data between the most popular formats ADAT, MADI optical, MADI coaxial, MADI-TP, AES50, and Dante,plus other formats via break-out boxes.

All inputs can freely be routed to all of the outputs in a “matrix” fashion. Diagnostics are made simple by an integrated headphones amplifier and a test tone generator, while three power inlets allow operation from either AC or DC (battery pack) with full redundancy. The multiverter is even prepared for headamp remote control (Yamaha, Behringer, MIDAS) and can even convert between the different vendor-specific control formats to allow true system interoperability.

Furthermore, MVR-64 is convenient and easy to control with direct menu for most settings.
