January 14th marked the successful commencement of the 2022 Yamaha RIVAGE Product Technical Exchange at Hunan Television. Sound Works convened a forum comprising Hunan TV staff, regional audio engineers, and industry specialists to deliberate on the future trajectory of professional audio.

This exchange was co-hosted by Yamaha and Sound Works. The event spotlighted the introduction and demonstration of Yamaha's latest RIVAGE PM5 and PM10 digital mixing systems.

The exchange session was structured around two key segments. First, Mr. Chen Hao, Technical Director of the PA Sales Department at Yamaha Musical Instruments & Sound Electronics (China) Investment Co., Ltd., delivered an in-depth technical analysis of the RIVAGE series, which encompasses the Yamaha PM5 and PM10 digital mixing consoles.

The RIVAGE PM series introduces a redesigned control interface that enables exceptionally smooth and intuitive operation. We have reduced the depth of the control surface, allowing operators to interact with displays and controllers in a relaxed, comfortable posture while maintaining optimal sightlines. Each fader, positioned adjacent to the level meters, ensures precise tracking and excellent visibility for meticulous adjustments.

Following the presentation, Sound Works engaged in direct, face-to-face communication with industry experts and professionals. This interactive session not only energized the atmosphere but also served as a platform for mutual understanding, allowing for a more precise comprehension and deeper appreciation of the Yamaha RIVAGE PM series' control technology.
